Welcome to our FAQ section. If you would like to ask a question that is not in this section, please feel free to contact us for assistance.
Before adding items that come in multiple sizes, colors, scents, quantity, or flavors, be sure to check the Custom Item Message at the top of the page. It will guide you on how to add the exact variation you want to your registry so your loved ones purchase the right one.
These items require special attention. Before adding them to your registry, please be sure to:
1. Click the “Purchase/View on Amazon” button to confirm the exact color, scent, flavor, quantity, style and/or correct size you want.
Amazon often defaults to the smallest size or the color in the picture that is displayed. If you want a different size or color, click the video tutorial below on how to add custom add to your registry.
If you need a different size, color, or an item that’s not listed on Re-Femme, you can add it as a Custom Item.
Here’s how:
- Find the item you want on Amazon or another approved site.
- Select your preferred size, color, quantity, flavor, scent, or style.
- Copy the URL from your browser.
- Go to your Re-Femme Dashboard My Registry.
- Click the three dots (…) in the upper right corner.
- Select Add Custom Registry Item.
- Paste the URL, add the item name, and submit.
- (Optional) Upload a photo if you’d like — totally up to you.
Your custom item will now appear in your registry.
2. Add the correct size, color, quantity, flavor, scent, or style as a Custom Item. Look below for instructions on how to add a custom item to your registry.You can view the video tutorial below:
How to Add Contribution Funds After Registration
If you didn’t add Contribution Funds when you first registered, you can easily add them later from your account settings.
- Log in to your Re-Femme account.
- Go to My Account.
- Scroll down and click Edit Account.
- Find the section labeled Contribution Funds.
- Select Yes for the fund(s) you want to add (ex: Wig Fund, Cold Capping Fund, Wellness Support Fund).
- Click Save to update your account.
That’s it — your selected Contribution Funds will now be added to your registry.
How to Delete an Item From Your Registry
If you no longer want an item on your registry, you can remove it at any time by following the steps below:
- From your Dashboard, click Manage My Registry.
- Scroll to view the list of items currently on your registry.
- Locate the item you’d like to remove.
- Click the three dots (…) next to that item.
- Select Delete.
- Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page.
- Click Submit to save your changes.
Once submitted, the item will be removed from your registry.
